Biography

I’m currently a Ph.D. Candidate in Business Administration, with research interest in areas of social entrepreneurship, marginalized entrepreneurship, and academic intrapreneurship. I am leading and contributing to several research projects at DeGroote School of Business, working with faculty and colleagues with diverse expertise.

In my other role, I serve as the Chief Operations Officer at Reframery Virtual Incubator, where we provide mentorship and business training to marginalized entrepreneurs in several countries, including Kenya, Brazil, Poland, the US, and Canada. I also supervise undergraduate research assistants at Reframery in module developments and research projects, which I find to be much rewarding.

In addition, I contribute as a Research Ethics Reviewer with the McMaster Research Ethics Board (MREB), where I help ensure that research involving human participants adheres to ethical standards. I’m also involved in teaching at DeGroote, working as a Sessional Lecturer and Teaching Assistant in various Entrepreneurship and OB/HR courses, which allows me to share my passion for business education with students.
