DDSA research day

On July 10, 2026, the DDSA supported the second annual Canadian Conference for Business Research Students (CCBRS), a student-led national initiative that brought together Business PhD scholars from across Canada to foster collaboration, interdisciplinary research, and peer mentorship. Hosted at the University of Guelph, the conference united students from five Ontario universities to share research, exchange ideas, and build meaningful academic networks in support of research excellence and long-term scholarly partnerships.

Through student leadership and cross-institutional collaboration, CCBRS continues to strengthen Canada’s business research community and provide a uniquely Canadian platform for doctoral scholars to connect, learn, and grow throughout their PhD journey.
