Biography

I’m a third-year Ph.D. candidate in Information Systems at McMaster University’s DeGroote School of Business, driven by a deep passion for designing human-centered AI systems that make a real-world impact—especially in healthcare. My current research focuses on developing generative AI tools to improve communication between older adults and healthcare providers, blending advanced machine learning techniques with principles of usability, accessibility, and empathy.

With experience as both a researcher and developer, I thrive at the intersection of technology and human needs. Whether it’s building an AI-powered healthcare chatbot, mining GitHub repositories for developer behavior, or designing intelligent recommender systems, I aim to create solutions that are innovative, practical, and inclusive.

Always eager to connect with fellow researchers, practitioners, and collaborators in AI, health informatics, and beyond.
